This past year we booked a family vacation with Carolyn. We looked to her for suggested destinations that would satisfy ages 9 to 70+. We chose Dreams at Puerto Venturas which turned out to be the perfect choice.
Daily Activities at the resort were endless for all ages especially 9-13 year old group. They were well staffed which added to the parents peace of mind and enjoyment. Excursions outside the resort were offered and we found the ones we chose were excellent.( scuba, cave snorkeling, dolphin experience) Evening entertainment allowed both families to attend or just adults. Also, an adult area and pool was very much appreciated. The staff at this resort was excellent. Carolyn suggested we use the preferred status option. That was great advice. Loved it!

We had a wonderful trip. The Athens and Istanbul hotels were perfect, as was the Seabourn cruise. The trip was substantially enhanced by the private guides and transportation you arranged for us, who were intelligent, engaging, kind, attentive, and entertaining. We watched the ship tours leave at the same time as we did, and I am absolutely sure that our experiences were dramatically enhanced by having private guides. We had flexibility, ability to get to know the guides well, and felt safer than in a large group. Groups of 3 are not attractive targets for terrorists anywhere in the world, which made us feel safe despite regional turmoil.

We asked Carolyn to arrange our trip to Italy , and shed her to do it on 2 weeks notice!! She did an incredible job. She created an itinerary that took us to Venice, Florence, The Amalfi coast and Rome. It was an 11 day visit that entailed some moving around obviously to visit all of those wonderful places The transportation she arranged was flawless, with guides to get us from place to place, all of whom were polite and extremely knowledgeable and courteous.
The accommodations were fantastic, each hotel was unique and the people were friendly and helpful.
In each city Carolyn arranged guides for us, each of which were better than the one before. They were very informative , but more importantly the were extremely friendly and made us feel at home. Each went over and above what you would expect from a normal tour. In Rome one our guides introduces us to his shirt maker an we had shirts made to us all. In Florence our guide introduced us to a friend who owned a leather store and we all got custom made jackets. Our guide in the Amalfi coast and his brother went up and above to make our time there magical.
Carolyn put a very personal touch on our trip. The hotels, guides and accommodations were picked for our family wants and needs and her expertise in Italy. Because of that personal connection it made us feel we were traveling around with extended family.
One that our children will remember forever. We will certainly use Carolyn for our future travel needs. Carolyn did an amazing job.

From the moment we landed in Boston and were greeted with a sign with our name, to the darling Boston Marathon jacket waiting for me in the room, (and yes, it fits and I love it!), to the fabulous hotel location as the family waited for me to run past on my way to the finish; your touch was evident everywhere, making our stay relaxed and pampered and special. We all loved the hotel and had a wonderful weekend in Boston. We ate well, kept coming back to the hotel to relax, and I enjoyed the spa both before and after the race. We recently planned a family trip to Europe, and were undecided
about which cities to visit. Carolyn Ahern suggested a 12 day cruise
through the Mediterranean. Because she has traveled extensively,

My wife, Nancy, and I had been talking about a trip to France for quite sometime. When we finally decided to get started on planning our trip, we weren't quite sure who to talk to on organizing the trip. A friend of ours referred us to Carolyn and it turned out to be a great decision to work with her.
Throughout the planning process, Carolyn was professional, accessible, and extremely knowledgeable on the areas of France that we were interested in seeing. Her travel experiences are extensive. Knowing that she had traveled to the places that we were discussing, gave us a great sense of confidence that our trip would be well planned.
When Carolyn recommended that we consider a river cruise for part of our trip, we were somewhat reluctant to agree to it. As soon as we saw our beautiful stateroom on the ship and experienced the wonderful amenities as we cruised, we became avid fans of river cruising.
Spending four nights in Paris, including a day trip to Normandy, was a great way to begin our trip. The cities and villages that we visited on the cruise gave us a fantastic taste of Provence and the Burgundy region of France. Our last days of the trip were both exciting and relaxing as we explored the French Riviera. Nice, Monte Carlo, and the medieval village of Eze were great places to end our trip.

What an amazing trip! My cousin and I are working professionals who make time to travel and have no time to plan. Carolyn took care of literally everything! We have a great trust in her suggestions as she has personally done many of them herself. We wanted to see a lot in a limited time frame. She suggested a Windstar cruise. We chose a Mediterranean cruise called Glitter and Glam on the Riviera. The cruise ship (yacht) was lovely and we quickly fell in love with the smaller cruising. There were 174 people on board and we became friends with all of them! The smaller ship allowed us the flexibility we wanted. There was no formal dinner schedule and the food was delicious! The ports we visited were amazing. When asked what was our favorite, we found it hard to choose because every day kept getting more amazing! Definitely one of the highlights of the trip were the excursions Carolyn had planned for us. A car was waiting for us when we departed the ship and a fun day was in store. The guides were very knowledgeable. Again, based on Carolyn’s advice, we always asked the driver where he suggested for lunch. These lunches proved to be some of the best meals and experiences of our trip! It, literally, was the perfect trip! The only question we were left to ask was "Where to Next?"

This summer our wonderful travel agent, Carolyn Ahern of Premier Travel, arranged a 2-week trip to Europe for my husband, myself, and our 3 children. Carolyn spent an extensive amount of time with us in advance of our trip to determine our interests.
We traveled to Paris, Sorrento, and Rome. All of our travel arrangements were flawless. All of the planes, trains, and transfers left on time and arrived on time. Our hotels were lovely - very comfortable, beautiful and conveniently located. Carolyn arranged a number of personally guided tours for us, one in each of our stops. The personally guided tours were wonderful. Each of the guides was personable, charming and very informative. Let me first start by saying that Carolyn Ahern is one very patient person! My wife and I were looking for a great honeymoon where we could relax, reflect, and celebrate after our wedding day. We pretty much put all options on the table regarding where to go for our honeymoon. At one point Carolyn was researching Hawaii, the South Pacific, the Caribbean, and Europe. Carolyn’s responses to all of our inquiries were very timely and informative. She did a great job targeting certain dates and needs that my wife and I had. Ultimately, we decided on spending 10 days on the island of Providenciales in Turks & Caicos. Even once we decided on the location Carolyn was great to recommend different options within Turks & Caicos. She was able to work within our budget to find us a beautiful honeymoon suite at Beaches, an all-inclusive resort on the island.
Leaving no stone unturned, Carolyn then worked out the best flight schedule to maximize our time away. We had great flights to and from the island, and Carolyn being such a wealth of travel knowledge, made sure that our connecting flight home had a built in time buffer just in case we had an issue going through U.S. customs.

In mid September, my husband and I took a trip through the Canadian Rockies, including a two day excursion on the famed Rocky Mountaineer, a “bucket list” item of ours! As part of this trip, it was my goal to complete a lifelong endeavor to stay at every original Canadian Pacific Hotel across Canada. We were able to accomplish that staying at the historic hotels in Calgary, Banff, Lake Louise, Jasper, Vancouver and Victoria. Carolyn arranged all of this for us as well as transportation along the route, including the Rocky Mountaineer, rental car, ferries and transfers.
